The first question to ask is what "best" means in this context. Does it necessarily mean "most popular", like "best seller"? Or does it really mean "best" in the sense of highest quality? Then we need to know the criteria and who the group of experts were who made the calls. Anyway, be that as it may. there were some surprises: Twitter in sixth place! Astounding, and "California Coastline" in second! Well, we will defintely make a list of these web sites and start visiting them! Itīs a whole new ball game!
