Halloween is a perfect bonding experience for the whole family this Halloween. The Merchants of Historic Madison has been regularly holding their Spirits of Madison in celebration of the Halloween. The organization of merchants has been doing this event to give back to the locals and its valued customers. This event is also a way to promote the downtown shops to new and potential visitors and customers. See the activities lined up for the customers here.
